DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT...

When I first decided to join a program, I did not know where to begin. I searched online and found countless programs. One morning, I saw a special and decided to give that program a try. Marc made me feel very welcome and we spoke about my reasons for joining. I attended an introductory class and by the end, I knew that his program was the right one for me. Marc does more than teach self-defence, he teaches everything that it embodies; respect, integrity, courtesy, self control and self-confidence. While training with Marc I found myself becoming more flexible, stronger, my reflexes faster and I lost weight. My time training with Marc was educational, fun and life changing.
